Precision LED Installation & Wiring

Every LED strip is carefully positioned and secured inside the custom-designed letter frame using a hot glue gun. The installation follows a proper matrix layout to ensure consistent spacing, accurate alignment, and a clean finish. We pay close attention to every connection, keeping the wiring neat and organized for a reliable setup. Each strip is placed according to the planned layout, ensuring the entire structure is assembled with precision and care. The result is a well-organized LED assembly with a clean internal finish, designed to deliver consistent lighting and dependable performance.

Professional Soldering & Wiring

We use an advanced, high-quality soldering machine to ensure every connection is strong, neat, and reliable. Along with professional soldering equipment, we use quality soldering wire to achieve clean and precise joints. Every connection is carefully soldered to ensure proper electrical contact and long-lasting performance. We believe that good workmanship starts with the right tools and attention to detail. That is why we take extra care with every soldering connection in our LED projects.

LED Testing & Accurate Patching

Once the wiring is ready, we test the letter by lighting up the LEDs in green. We then take a clear photo of the letter and upload it into the programming software. The green light helps us identify the exact position of each LED. Using this reference, we carefully set the LED positions in the software to achieve accurate and perfect patching. This process helps us ensure that every LED is correctly mapped and that the final lighting effects work as intended.
